How accurate is Apex?

We score Apex against the leading paid tools every gameweek, in the open — same players, same metric, no cherry-picking. Live tracking begins 2026/27.

What "average miss" means: for every player we take the gap between our projected points and what they actually scored, then average it. So Apex 3.15 would mean our picks were, on average, 3.15 points from reality. Lower is closer; a perfect projection is 0.
Scored honestly: on the template players (20%+ owned), using whatever they actually got — including a 0 if they blanked or sat on the bench. Nothing filtered out. Every tool judged on the same players, matched by FPL player ID.

Preview. The figures above are illustrative placeholders, not measured results — they show what this page will look like, not how anything has performed. Real scoring starts with GW1 of 2026/27 and the running total fills in automatically from then. Rivals shown as Tool A / Tool B for now. Only aggregate accuracy is ever shown — never any tool's individual projections.
